Capstone is the nation’s leading educational publisher for digital solutions, children’s books, and literacy programs for school libraries and classrooms!
Capstone is passionate about inclusivity, equity, and accessibility for the benefit of all kids. Reading is everywhere. We read for functional reasons—a road sign, a recipe, text messages. We read to develop a better understanding about matters big and small. We read to be inspired by new ideas, experiences, storylines, and points of view.
Our infinite variety of readers deserve books that reflect them—their interests, their abilities, their cultures, their families, their traditions—and inspire them to be curious and informed about the world around them.
Whether it’s printed, digital, audio, or visual, kids need options and resources to learn in the way that is right for them. They need to be immersed in stories and facts about the world around them and develop the critical thinking skills to make sense of it all. It is essential for kids to see themselves in those stories to feel connected and to grow and learn.
Special Member Pricing
The standard cost for a Capstone Interactive eBook for one school’s population is a 1-time charge of $39.99 per eBook. That covers unlimited simultaneous users from home or school. It includes library MARC records. Each school will need to provide library processing specifications in order for us to configure the MARC record for the school library circulation system.
Capstone will offer ESC of Indiana’s member schools a 10% discount on all eBooks ordered ($35.99)
We also have seasonal offers that may be available, such as a BOGO offer. We will honor the discounted cost of $35.99 with any seasonal offers that may occur. If the district desires to purchase for multiple schools within its service area, or if a district is purchasing for multiple schools on the same PO, volume discounts may apply, but shall not exceed the 55% discount represented by a BOGO offer applied to the ESC of IN standard price per title. Quotes must be requested from your account representative for volume or seasonal offer pricing.
