Description of Partnership
A robust online teaching platform is non-negotiable for today’s students. Teachers are using Class to simplify attendance, grade assignments, talk one-on-one with students, and more – without ever leaving Zoom.
Special Member Pricing
- Provide a 10% discount on Software for districts over 5,000 students who license the Software from the then current Class MSRP for each annual period (Initial Term and Renewal Term(s).
- Provide a 5% discount on Software for districts under 5,000 students who license the Software from the then current Class MSRP for each annual period (Initial Term and Renewal Term(s).
- Provide a 10% discount from then current Class MSRP on Services in all districts licensing Class Software
- 4x / year Class will provide reporting as described in Section 5.
- Discounts are based on District enrollments as reported annually to the State Department of Education.
